The outside area includes a private garden with a view of the Bavarian Alps, from where you can reach the beautiful city centre with its picturesque old buildings, churches and market places in 5 minutes (400 m) on foot. There are also many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The train station, from which you can travel to Munich in 1 hour (60 km), is 1.6 km (20 minutes walk) away. The famous Tegernsee, which is perfect for walking or cycling, is 17 km (25 minutes by car) east of Bad Tölz. The area is known for its many hiking routes and the beauty of the landscape. The Starnberger See, the Staffelsee and the Walchensee can also be reached in a good half hour from the holiday apartment.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along.
