With its exposed brickwork, warm wood paneling, quality modern furnishings, and breathtaking views from the living room, this property promises total immersion in mountain serenity. Three cozy bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, a shower room/WC, a separate WC, single-level layout, and peaceful surroundings make this an ideal haven for your holidays with family or friends. While staying here, you are just a 15-minute walk from the Luchon thermal spa, renowned for its treatments and its unique natural vaporarium. The Superbagnères cable car, 10 minutes away, whisks you directly onto the slopes in winter or hiking trails in summer. A 15-minute drive away, the Lys Valley offers a breathtaking natural spectacle, with waterfalls and enchanting forests. History buffs will want to visit the Hospice de France, 25 minutes away, the starting point for superb hikes towards Spain.
