2 night stay. No housekeeping provided and when questioned I was told they only provide any housekeeping every other day. Do you are allotted 2 towels which is ok I guess but you also only get 1 coffee pod & 1 decaf for your 2 night stay. Also breakfast bar was constantly out of numerous hot items and when guests would mention it to attendant she would not even acknowledge that she heard them.

Excellent Stay (Minor Stair Challenge) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott . The property was immaculately clean, and I received great service from the staff. The only issue was the elevator being broken for most of my visit. Hauling luggage up the stairs wasn't easy, but I needed the workout! Thankfully, the elevator was fixed right before checkout. Overall, the quality of the room and the excellent service made this a highly positive experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Elevator was down. It would have been great if she would have said it before she gave me a room. She didn’t say anything at all till after a room was assigned to me. Such an inconvenience to go up and down. Especially if you have trouble going up flights of stairs, she didn’t even ask if I was able to. Do better and next time let your guests know ahead of time not EVERYONE can do stairs.
