Room was spotless, having an attached restaurant was convenient, hotel location and setup with the security gate for parking and areas to walk around with great views are a plus, friendly staff. My only gripes were a single sheet as the main blanket even though there was an extra blanket in the closet which was thin as well but a little thicker than the sheet and the hot water was mild at best with the knob maxed out to hot. I let it run for a few minutes, temp still didn't change so I dipped in it before it got cooler so I just turned the heat up and left the bathroom door open so I wouldn't be cold when I hopped out. I also waited a few hours and overnight to test out the water again and I was disappointed each time. I will give them another try though, maybe it was the room or something else.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. Overall the hotel is pretty sketchy. At first I was put in the back of the back of the hotel and there was no one anywhere. The pool/spa area was completely dark so no way to use it at night. The TV did not work at all. You can’t get out the gate without someone opening it for you. Not a place for women who are traveling alone. But the front desk lady was really nice, helped me move rooms, and the only reason I stayed the night.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. First, the hallways were like a confusing maze—empty, silent, and honestly a bit frightening, almost like something out of a horror movie. Walking through them did not feel comfortable at all. The breakfast was also very poor. There were only coffee, four unripe apples, and a few small pieces of cake—barely enough to feed two or three people. For a hotel, this level of breakfast is unacceptable. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience and I hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.

This Hotel was complete bait and switch. Pictures made it look nice, in reality it was far from nice. Pool and Jacuzzi was literally green, no hot water, property was dirty and run down. No basic cable and not even a comforter in the room for the bed. We had what looked to be a weird nursing blanket. This hotel should be shut down and put out of its misery.

There is no tv, I was advised there was no cable. There is also no regular tv channels or any online apps to stream. The room is right behind the reception and could hear everything. This hotel is definitely not recommended to
