This recently refreshed two level townhouse is located a few streets back from the beach at Lennox Head. Positioned at the back of the property, Sunset at Gibbon is where you will find peace, space and privacy. Just a short stroll to Lennox Village with its' many cafes, restaurants, grocery, clothing and gift shops, the property is conveniently located to just about everything you can think of.
The upper level has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the main bedroom has sliding doors that lead out onto a small deck area. The lower level has a fully functional kitchen, open plan living/dining area, guest toilet and laundry, as well as a small outdoor courtyard. There is one queen room and a twin room, both with ceiling fans. There is also a single lock up garage if you bring a car.
This home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and there is little doubt you'll want to leave.
