The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Replace and secure the hot tub cover. Turn off the firepit and ensure all embers are fully extinguished. Turn off the grill burners and gas.
Return outdoor furniture, cushions, games and pool table accessories to their designated locations. Please close and secure the patio umbrellas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Please replace the hot tub cover after each use.
Children must be supervised at all times (Pool, hot tub, BBQ, fireplace and fire-pit) No glass containers in or around the pool or hot tub.
Fire pit, BBQ, fireplace must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished after use. Clean the grill after use and turn off gas/ burners.
