Staff weren’t rude or anything, but they also weren’t terribly helpful. The hotel sits between two busy streets, adding to the noise. The price was very good and I’d stay there again.

This is not your mama's Best Western from back in the day. I was skeptical to stay because of the low star rating but I did my research and saw that BW is now partnered with a luxury hotel company to increase its value. I had to see for myself. I canceled a booking with a 4-star hotel and booked this one because I had to see if the hype was real. It was! I had a junior suite with a king size bed and couch. I clean every room I sleep in, but this one didn't just look clean, it smelled divine. I loved the floor to ceiling window. My bed was super firm which I loved. Probably one of the best beds I've slept in during my vacation season. The staff was lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. I was able to check in early and my fee was waived which was awesome. I left something in the room and I received a call and a text the next day so that my friend could swing by and retrieve it. Also, there was plenty of parking at no extra charge. The price was awesome for everything that I received. 10/10. I am currently looking for other Best Western Plus' to stay in for my next trips. I've stayed in 7 different hotels during my vacation season and this one is definitely top 2.

The shower and the sheets were dirty . There were black, brown and red stains on the linen for the bed. A bunch of hair inside of the bedding . The wash cloths and towels had stains on them as well . I asked the front desk for new/cleaning linens and wash cloths and they did not have any.
