This will be the kast time i stay here. Hotel is really in poor condition. Entered room and opened curtains and there was large blood stain in the curtain. Bed was veru hard and overall veru bad experience.

First impression, security guard out front. Walk in and immediately smell weed in the lobby, elevator and throughout the halls. Only had 1 working outlet. Had to unplug lamps because buttons were broke off. Wrong remote for tv so it didn’t work. Hair on bath towels. Ac was not blowing cold. Bathroom tiles broken and move when walked on. Loud usual suspects being loud and disrespectful at 2am on a Monday night. Very ghetto, outdated hotel. Would expect this at a motel 6, not a Hilton. However, the 2 staff members I dealt with at the counter were great and extremely friendly.

The rooms can be updated... When I called for availability and had a question about the TV,,a staff member told me that it was smart TV in the room and that's not true but that's the only reason I made the reservation...when I was checked in by the MOD I was told that there isn't any smart TVs ...it might not seem like a big deal but it is a big deal because I don't like hotel TV selection...

Very disappointing with the cleanliness of the room. Room appearance is clean, but there are things that are gross. The smell in the entire building, smells like an indoor pool, even in my room. Im sure the lock on the door won't save me from an intruder, but mentally it gives peace of mind.......it's broken, and looks like it has been for a long time. No, Do not disturb card.....ughhhhhh. very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Convenient but needs some maintenance

The hotel is in a busy convenient area. It had a lot of visitors but for a hotel with 6 stories only one elevator was working. Very inconvenient for many of the guests. Also as I was traveling with my dog I was put in an accessible room which is usually ok, however, the bathroom counter in this room was so small there was no room to put anything. The bathroom was big but poorly designed.

We did not enjoy our stay here. We had 2 lights out in our room, one in the bathroom & the one by the mirror, closet, coffee pot area. We talked to them 3 times about it. They said they couldn’t fix the bathroom & never did anything about the ceiling light. We were there for 5 nights with these major lights out. The sink leaked so we had to keep a towel under it. Our bathroom condtioner & lotion were totally empty. Only one elevator worked & the other was extremely slow. The staff was nice but thats not enough to make good stay. This place is old and needs attention. It is not to the standards of a Hilton Garden Inn. We will not stay here in the future.
