Booked 2 doubles but they were full, so smaller than double. Room was small, missing closet door but track was still there, fridge with microwave on top just sitting oddly by themselves in room, dried sticky stuff all over the desk, carpet stained and dirty looking. Breakfast was decent, coffee in lobby was fresh ground beans so that was good. Just needed for a place to sleep so it was fine for that.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning crew who knocked on my room around 10:40 am while my wife and I were changing, reminding us that checkout time is 11:00 am. Such reminders should not happen before the official checkout time. When I raised this issue with the front desk manager, her response was not satisfactory. Additionally, communication with the cleaning crew is very difficult, as most of them do not speak English. Instead, they rely on a device that translates everything into Spanish, which creates further inconvenience for guests.
