The carpet had burn marks all over them , it was stains on the couch and the man across from us accused my 12 year old nephew of smoking in the hallway when we was leaving mind you he had all our bags in his hand and after we told the man to go back in his room he continued to argue with a child and we told the front desk and they did nothing at all this was my worst nightmare experience here by far I will not be coming back it made my nephew very upset to be accused of something he wasn’t doing. We will not be going there again.

The room was beautiful and the staff was very courteous. My only issues were that 2 coffee makers in a row did not work! And I do like my coffee. And for some reason, the elevator was not functioning at 4am when I needed to leave for the airport. Other than that, a very nice stay!
