The room was great. The staff was very friendly. The prices of snacks were very high. The breakfast was good, but tiny and with a lot of people staying there, it was quite chaotic. We will be staying there again, but definitely bringing our own snacks.

The manager was dismissive even tho I have video proof of roaches in my room . They’ve charged me twice 650x2 although they stated the 2nd charge is a mistake and will be refunded. Other staff members were nice . Breakfast is blah . Came for a wedding and glad I only stayed 3 days . 2 of those days I seen roaches on separate occasions. The 3rd day I left hours early before check out .

My stay was horrible. The remote on the TV was hardly working, I called down to get batteries and was told “no one is bringing them up, you’ll have to come down if you want them”. Who says that even if that is what I needed to do…the wording was insane. I ordered food…only one elevator was working and crowd was coming in…you can imagine the wait for the elevator down and back was insane. I went out one of my days, no one came to make the bed or refresh the towels. It was horrible…left a bad taste in my mouth and probably will never stay there again.
