The front staff was very rude. Front staff refused to help not only myself but an old couple there asking fro directions to the hospital. He spent more time with his back turned and chit chatting with the maintenance men.

Beds & pillows are horrible. Television would not work properly. Had maintenance in multiple times to fix it. Hotel staff was kind. Valet staff were terrible. Language barriers and bad attitudes.

The room was decently clean and well equipped. Very close to John Hopkins hospital. The air conditioner didn't work in our room. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone look at it. Nobody showed up, and I barely slept because it was so hot in our room. I called again the next day, and the front desk said "We are moving your room, you need to pack up your things and bring them down to the front desk". Nobody helped us move all our bags and coolers. The new room had air conditioning, but the inconvenience and apathy was ridiculous. I emailed customer service, but all they said was my next stay with them would be better. There won't be any stays at Marriott hotels from us.

I was quiet and pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. The chef was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. He assisted my daughter with breakfast for the entire family that she insisted he receive a great review.

Room was nice. Very clean. Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Would not leave the property after dark on foot. Very sketchy people. Gangs of people on ATV's damaging cars, running the lights. Our Uber driver told us not to walk anywhere, as it wasnt safe.

Great Place to Stay

The room was very nice and more than adequate except for the bathroom shower. It was also comfortable with plenty of chairs dishes etc. The shower was awful especially for an accessible room. There were no grab bars nor shelves to put personal care items like sponge, shampoo and body soap. I could see fungus in the cracks where the wall met the floor. It was really hard for me to navigate the shower without grab bars. The water pressure was really low too. Loved the hotel top restaurant. The service was great and the view was beautiful. The food was good.

Beautiful property, restaurant was amazing and delicious. Front desk gentlemen was very curt with me did not tell where the elevator was or that I needed my key to operate the elevator. He said nothing just handed me my keys. The valet was great he actually explained these things to me.
