Just wasn't to our liking. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very nice and curteous. Breakfast in the Ash Bar was great. It's a very old and dark hotel. Room was very dark and small. Card key was deactivated before checkout. Had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. At least two others had the same issue.

Staff was great. Room clean. The lighting in the room was dim and access to electrical outlet very difficult. Room lacked basic items such as a phone and alarm clock. Very little room and hard to get out of bed without hitting the wall. It was a good value as it was located close to where I needed to be.
