We loved our stay in Banff. This hotel is located just outside of town which was perfect for us. The hotel does have a shuttle to downtown. The rooms are big and clean. The pool was nice. The workout room was very outdated, but in Banff no one should workout inside. We had elk come through the property every night. My family loved our and stay and we would come back.

Check-in staff was not friendly. Cabins are dated & older, and for the price, one would expect the cabins would be maintained better. There was a kitchen in our cabin, but no oven baking dishes, and no oven mitts. The upstairs toilet was very wobbly and probably needs a new wax seal. When you sat at the dining room, the rug would push up, and it's a fall risk when walking.

Beautiful large comfortable and clean room with fully stocked kitchenette. Great views of the mountains out the windows. Friendly staff and good amenities at the resort. Extremely quiet but we were there during off season. Only complaint are the very steep and narrow stairs to access the second floor but that is stated on their website.

We were very disappointed in this property. We were supposed to stay four night nights, but left early due to the condition of our condo. There were holes in the wall, stains on the ceiling and the couch was so gross and old I didn’t want to sit on it without a sheet to cover it up and even then the springs were poking through making it very uncomfortable. The WiFi was also very spotty/inconsistent and the shuttle only ran every couple hours so we ended up having to wait quite a long time after dinner, especially since there were no Ubers available. It do not run at very convenient or consistent times. The staff was very helpful though, and offered for us to go to a newly renovated room, but we decide to stay somewhere else for our remaining two nights.

The cottages are cool with well equipped kitchen for cooking, good savings to avoid expensive restaurants! A little isolated from the main town but offers serene environment for a good rest from tiring outdoor activities. It has indoor activities like wall paddling, swimming, and gym in case you don’t feel like going out!

There was still an d coffee filter in the coffee pot, so we never used it. The bathtub was amazing but the tap spun as maintenance was not kept up. The beds were amazing and otherwise the whole resort is amazing.
