Arguably one of the best hotels to stay at in Banff for the average traveller. The reception is warm and inviting, checking in is easy and the parking is well thought out. The hotel has a specacular rooftop hottub with lots of room and the view is spectacular. Heated floors, a wonderful sauna and a well appointed fitness room round out the amenities that I have experienced. The rooms are great and the pour-over coffee provided in the room adds to the warmth the rest of the hotel brings. I stay here as often as I can

love my stay here but, there is no one who protects the pool. So, a lot of outsiders come through the side door just to ‘enjoy’ the pool that should be for hotel guest.
