The concierge, Neil, was outstanding. His knowledge, efficiency, patience & friendly personality made our 5-day trip effortless. Check-in & check-out were a breeze. The location was perfect. We never needed to move our car until it was time to check out. Walkability to shopping, restaurants, & trails was perfect. Highly recommend the trail to the Bow River Falls!! Also highly recommend Farm & Fire (dinner) & Toulooloo’s (breakfast)

there were cracks in the bathroom floor that could cut a person’s foot. Not one day did they replace the towels properly after cleaning. Sometimes we had a full set and sometimes not.

I just thought for the price I can get a luxury hotel in downtown Vancouver. I know Banff is sought after. Staff was amazing thought but the food in the hotel was mediocre at best.
