I loved staying here overall. The staff was always helpful and nice to me. The room was fine for the most part. My only issue is that there was mold In different parts of the shower. It felt gross being in there. Please clean them better

My third time staying here. It is comfortable and well located for Silom activities. The breakfast is simple and boring. Now, i just assume that i will eat at one of the many other nearby options. I intend to return to this simple, functional, hotel without amenities.

I like Holiday Inn express pretty much around the globe. Pretty consistent in that regard. I have mobility issues so I really appreciate having a breakfast first thing in the morning that usually keeps me going until dinner time. I also appreciate one of the staff retrieving my bank card from the machine and bring it to me in the lobby..duhh. All in all a good experience.

Value for the money. Clean facilities though standard room is very small. Not enough space for big luggage/s if traveling internationally and if you plan to shop. Enjoyed free breakfast included. Very polite and nice staff. We love the tour and taxi stations that made our tours if the city easy.will consider staying here again.

Everything great. Only problem is that the taxi they called for me to go to DMK charged me 900baht plus tolls (double the usual) and refused to provide a receipt. He also tried to take me to BKK instead of DMK, even though I heard the doorman clearly tell him Don Meuang. It would be best to confirm the approximate price with the driver and the doorman before departure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. We did note that the toilet seat was broken and the outside of the windows was very dirty. The back alley was quaint and there were many services nearby, but it's no fault of your staff that their are significant limitations to beautifying the outdoor areas.
