The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. The hotel is in walking distance of everything you would need. Staff made transportation to excursions easy. I would highly recommend this hotel if your visit Bangkok.

The hotel is not bad. Friendly staff makes for a higher rating. Restaurant staff is amazing so is cleaning the rooms! Food during breakfast is ok. Nothing out of the ordinary - continental breakfast. The lobby develops a poor sewage / toilet smell in the evening hours and especially during rain. Masking the smell with strong artificial scent makes it worse. I assume there is repair needed on some plumbing. Otherwise decent hotel.
