Room is fine but had to wait for the room until 2pm. Inflexible despite early check in requested. Check in staff at Reception very unfriendly especially a skinny elderly lady. Many exemption liabilities papers need to be signed by and agreed by me when check-in . Never experienced in my life.Shocking ! Poor management style . Seems telling customers many accounts or operations problems occurred in this hotel. The skinny lady shouted me this is required by Thailand Government. There is better ways to handle this. Centre point should learn from other management company. It created poor impression from guests when checking in. Too many walking steps from Bell to Reception, Nobody helping in carrying luggage when arrive. Bell counter should relocate outside the driveway. They wait until guest carry luggages to there counter. Keep talking and playing mobile phone. unfriendly to elderly and handicapped people. Oversell by photos of the watched pool. No customer and service in the cafe . Staff hides behind cashier. Steps to the cafe unfriendly to elderly again. In the old days the cafe used to be a very popular place for night suppers with music. Poor management and marketing poor design in the lobby areas. Owner had motive to put a lot of money in term of interior design and furniture. A lot of improvements needed, there a a old culture or power base concept in operation. All chubby staff .
