I was told by the hotel we could check in early with no problem so we caught a bus arrived early and then we charged a late checkout fee to check out at 10 AM which amounted to $198 for an additional four hours. I asked the hotel specifically several times are you sure we can arrive early and I have no problem checking out at normal time they said yes you can check in anytime from midnight but I was never explained if we did that we would have to check out at the same time we arrived so again we had to pay additional fees for late checkout, which was three hours costing almost $100 being as exhausted as we are not wanting to wake up the next morning early again we paid it if we would’ve known that we would’ve simply checked out of our previous hotel later and avoid it almost $200 in additional fee

Outstanding service

Amazing service! From the shuttle ride from crazy Bangkok to the hotel lobby, the service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. If you follow the hotels emailed procedures to hop the free shuttle, you will be forever grateful. The airport is insane but the shuttle desk located at door 4 was a sight for sore eyes. The van is right there and the staff will not let you lift a finger.

One of the best kept secrets

The staff have to be the nicest I have ever experienced in any hotel, and I travel a lot. The food was excellent although the “street food” concept was too restaurant like, which a) made it very expensive, b) too much to eat and c)very oily compared to the simplicity and deliciousness of proper street food (might suggest just go back to basics - take a look at the Food Hall at the airport, that’s great street food). The facilities are wonderful and the hotel overall a brilliant place to stay. I cannot recommend if highly enough. Forget the Bangkok city hotels, this was amazing.
