Overall good stay. Big rooms and was told I received an upgrade which was nice. Staff were friendly. I used the gym a couple of times and the pool looked nice too. Only thing that was annoying was the bathtub set up. After a shower, a lot of water drips onto the floor, like up to half a litre! Explained to staff and was told that it was normal and most rooms are like that. They sent staff up to help with the issue but it seems to me that this is a known hazard and should be fixed asap. Stopped me giving 5 stars.

Overall great stay. The location is great. Close to Soi 4 which is great for nightlife, but the actual hotel is off the main street so not as busy. The accommodation itself is good. The rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable. Some of the amenities could’ve been better, eg: the bathroom tub design is poor so there’s a lot of water that splashes out onto the floor. But overall great stay.

Park Royal is good hotel, well situated and with reasonable room. Book in was easy and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was great size, clean and had everything I needed. The price for the room was excellent. Big thank you to the staff.

The hotel employees were very friendly from checking in to helping with the breakfast and also helping us with a late check out. Location is great and less than 5 minutes to the local BTS which is on the main road. Everything you expect in a room cleanness comfort and very appealing to the eye.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, and offers good value. I would especially like to commend a staff member named (Mr Golf) . He was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests with sincere care and professionalism. His dedication to service truly made a positive impression. I believe the management at Park Royal should consider recognizing his efforts through a promotion or salary increase. Location Notes: The hotel is located near the Na Na area, which is known for its active nightlife, including adult entertainment. If you prefer a quieter environment, this may be a consideration, as occasional noise can be heard until midnight. However, the hotel itself is slightly removed from the busiest part of the area, providing a more peaceful setting. It’s also just a five-minute walk to the BTS station, which makes getting around the city very convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
