Can you guess why I stay here: Location. easy Access to SkyTrain and Subway. Sukhumvit neighborhood is convenient for shops, eats, and bars. Thanks Sam.

U pay n u get wat u paid. Not recommend for travel in group or couple. Hotel room aircon not function properly and can feel heat in room. Bathroom also always got weird smelt.

Check in was fast. The place was spacious enough for the price. Except that house keeping was not very prompt. Bottles of mineral water provided. Maybe that they shouldn't use glass bottles. They are heavier

Budget hotel.. that's all there is to say..

The ac was broken, dead bugs present upon walking in. The bathroom was nice though, it was spacious. The bed was thai style I suppose as it was hard. It felt almost like sleeping on a board with a pillow. Room service was good though, I got waters and they made my bed. Check in and check out staff was friendly. I never went to the rooftop because there's no view to see. It's sorrounded by huge buildings and the one in front of it is kinda unsightly..this hotel however was good for being close to the bts, terminal 21 and other frequently visited places.

Convenient location

This hotel provides access to shopping at Terminal 21 and the sky train. The accommodation is cheap and cheerful, although the free WiFi was very unreliable

Hotel Soi 19 Sukhumvit

Bad experience, got to hotel and couldn't stay there as aircon broken.Sent us to another hotel miles away down sukhumvit road, no bars, no markets.total waste of time. Hotel should have just refunded money and we could have stayed in area we wanted to.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms clean-. Nice to have an elevator. Small, but well painted rooms. Inexpensive, but near the action.

Very basic dated

Had problem when booking they took mine from my bank when they was supposed to on arrival they did apologise and promised a free up grade. This did not happen as they only have one standard of room .

A bit of a dump - only as last resort.

For the price (700 baht) it was OK for one night. Would not recommend an extended stay here. I booked a double bed but was given twin beds. The size is good with a large bathroom/toilet. The area is good, close to Asoke/Terminal 21 - but it is dark at night and may take a few minutes to get a taxi (or walk to Sukhumvit road). My only real problem with the place was the service - rude, and when I wanted to extend another night in the morning I was quoted a DOUBLE rate at 1400 baht - which is ridiculous for that dump - you can stay in a 4-star hotel for 1400 - they just prey on tired tourists in hope that they'll cave in and book at an overpriced rate just to avoid changing hotels. I declined, took my things, and got a much better hotel, in a much better location, for 1100 - will never go back to that dump simply on principal. Their loss - I would've taken any reasonable offer (say 900-1000), but double the price? no.

Nice hotel

Value for money hotel close to BTS, MRT and all the action of Sukumvit, the hotel offers tours. The ac in our room leaked badly but they repaired the next day and gave us a better room, love this place

not up to par

The toilet was stuck and I went to the reception and asked to send the plumber up to the room and get it flowing again. We came back 5 hours later and nothing happened. late in the evening we noticed the bed sheet was stained and we didn't bother calling the reception and decided to sleep on top of the duvet. the ceiling in the shower had a whole in it from a dripping pipe, rather than fixing the source somebody decided to stick a tissue paper in the ceiling! the water temperature in the shower was very difficult to adjust as it switched suddenly to cold and hot again. also here the drainage was clogged.
