Well located , rooms need to be refresh

Not rooms are ok but the pictures lead you to believe it's better than reality. The rooms need to be refresh . Service at front desk was friendly and somewhat effective But check out took a very long time (15 to 20 minutes) and I was the only one at the front desk. The hotel is well located and included self parking .

What was i thinking???

Horrible. Bed was a thin mattres psd on planks of wood. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The room was well worn. There was only 2 dining chairs in the sitting area. The tile around the shower was cracked. There are no pictures on the walls. When i told mngmt i was checking out 4 days early they failed to credit my credit card for the 4 prepaid days remaining. They told me that expedia had to authorize it. I plan to contest the charge when i gwt home. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. It does nothing but disappoint.

Wonderful hotel in a great location in the SalaDaeng / Silom area of Bangkok. The property itself had great amenities (pool was very nice, gym was better than many other hotel gyms, self service laundry room on-site). The room was very comfortable with tons of cabinets in the bedroom for clothes and luggage. Washroom was in great condition and our suite had a separate dining area and kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was pretty typical compared to other hotels in the area. Right across the street from the property is a magnificent food hall with so many different dining options that will satisfy everyone in your group! We will stay here again next time we visit Bangkok, this is my favourite property in the Silom area so far.

Check in process was horrible. Lobby area is small. 1,000 deposit in cash only option. So if flying in from another country please remember to have exchanged some money. When I asked for an explanation on why cash only they replied it’s easier. Went to the penthouse but no robe, provided only 2 bottles of water and did not refill the next day. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen were off track. Tv you will need to login using a Gmail account to use. At check out you will have to wait until the room service checks to see if anything was purchased at the mini bar. Again by using a credit card it speeds up the check out process but I could be wrong. The location was not ideal. Me personally I would look at other options before choosing this hotel. Staff did not make me aware of any services available during the stay. Just bad communication and Penthouse suite is not worth the price point.

The pictures on your site are misleading. The rooms are not has nice has the picture . At first I was really underwrlmed by the room , so the staff shower me another room same catégorie that was better . But I finally upgraded the room for a reasonable cost but still wasn't a great room

Upgraded on arrival

We arrived at the hotel a few hours early and on checking in we were upgraded from a junior suite to a one bedroom suite. The hotel provided a great buffet breakfast which had lots of food and plenty of choice. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to both BTS and Metro Stations. Our only slight criticism is we could only find 2 small lifts to service 19 floors (and one of them was being serviced during our stay which caused queues) and the internet was slow and intermittent. But apart from these minor issues our stay was good in this hotel.

Amazing Suite! Beautiful Very beautiful! I think I was there Three days! It is a hotel on the Expensive end! I don’t know the price but I think it is probably high! Breakfast Was Awesome! There was nothing that could possibly be missing on your table! Service of staff here was Way over freaking necessary! Friendliness Extreme! This was my Best days in my 60 days of doing my thing in Thailand! I used Many Hotels! This was the best Over the Hill Luxury!!! If luxurious vacation is what you’re thinking when you think vacation or as the silly English people say!!! Holiday! Then The Quarter on Saladaeng! Is the absolute number one! If you’re 2 weeks twice a year Traveller!! Then I must urge you to Just show up booking free! You will be treated perfectly! If you as me! Live a life of constant travelling Yeah then there will be discounts booking online

Nive all around.

Was good all around hotel. Nicely located, quieter yet close enough to the but close enough to the Saladaeng area and metro. Nice gym. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. However housekeeping was inconsistent.

Very well located.

Very well located with a free shuttle (there was a timetable but we used it on demand) to the BTS and metro lines- a good option in the heat and pollution to minimise exposure. Our Premier Suite room was extremely large and had a very comfortable bed. Also very quiet. Breakfast was a good international spread. To encourage environmental awareness they offer a free daily drink or fruit plate if you don’t have fresh towels -but remember to leave the sign on the bed to receive the voucher! 4 stars because it was tired but definitely worth considering as prices very fair for the central, walkable location. EXCELLENT Nailosophy nearby for the best pedicure/manicure!

Great location and lovely poolside lounge, best of all was the customer service. We had a small problem during our stay and the staff went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. The restaurant also served fantastic appetizers and great cocktails. Very walkable neighborhood, safe and close to all transit.
