Staff are very helpful and hospitable, however the hotel has limited facilities. Our room on the 8th floor had a separate bedroom was OK, but stuffy as there are no balconies in the hotel and no fresh air circulating from outside. The air-conditioning in both the lounge area and the bedroom were blowing air at high volume, even when you use the lowest setting, and is directed directly above your head on the bed and sofa in the lounge, so you are feeling cold air on your face all night, which forced us to cover our heads or turn off the air con every few hours, basically not comfortable nights.

Good connection to airport

Close to airport link Hua mak station so good connection to airport. Room was OK. There were many tourist group from different countries. Breakfast is simple and tastes were similar each other. Simple swimming pool & gym (dumbbell & 2 treadmill) on the top of hotel. Supermarket is in walking distance where you can eat and shop.

Great hotel. Great staff. Perfectly situated near BKK. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but very close to the airport transit link and a BTS line which makes it very easy to get around town. The restaurant is was great and make sure you try the hot Thai Milk Tea at the lobby cafe!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zayn Hotel because it has everything we needed and it’s located close to the airport. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to stay here again during our next trip to Bangkok.
