Whereupon arriving at the property you travel down an almost quarter mile private driveway guiding you thru the estate walled entrance to a large circular drive just before the main entrance to the compound.
Inside you enter into a center hall colonial style with 2 living rooms, great for separating kids and adults, done in great modern flare. In the main living room is a 65" smart tv atop a faux stone fireplace (gas lit), surrounded by wrap around L shaped couch and adjacent to a beautiful sitting room which also has access to the living room tv. A separate formal dining room with large 8 person table abuts the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cutlery and glass and dishware. there is an electric 4 burner stove with an overhead microwave. double oven and new Samsung fridge with ice and water dispenser. Beyond the kitchen is the second living room with vaulted 18 foot high ceilings with comfortable couch and rocking chair seating. Upstairs are five beautifully appointed bedrooms each with their own color theme, the Peach, Black and White, Yellow, Blue and traditional Master bedroom.
The master is an expansive room with walk-in closet and en- suite bathroom with jetted tub separate large shower and double sinks. The second-floor hallway, where the remaining bedrooms branch off from is a double sink full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Adjacent to the bathroom is the clothes washer/dryer units .
Off the main floor by the kitchen and main living room is the sliding door entrance to a beautiful, covered patio tastefully decorated with wrap around couches surrounding a dining table and bistro set of chairs and small table . and also a Weber gas grill . So rain or shine you can still cook , relax and enjoy the view of the large expansive backyard which also features a new childrens playground.. There is just off to the side of the house a fire pit area with comfortable seating to enjoy the star covered nighttime skies with family and friends huddled around a beautiful snapping fire.
Please Note: the house is newly renovated, and as a courtesy to our neighbors please no parties or loud noises as you will see this is a very tranquil area and we wish to maintain that feel for our neighbors. Also as we are far from the main road the internet is via satellite so quite spotty at times.
We have placed numerous signal boosters throughout the property but multiple users may notice significant delays and pauses in streaming with games and or tv,.
Very Important: there is only one tv in the home which is in the main living room which has only wifi, you must bring your own streaming devices ie Firestick, Chrome or Roku device to watch tv, THERE are NO CABLE CHANNELS.
