I stay here because I know I can get a great dinner and room in one place after a hard days work. I'm not a golfer but that would be an option for golfers. The food is always better than expectations, the service is outstanding as they are genuinely helpful, which is truly appreciated. My only thing is the rooms need some TLC and updated, that is not to take away from the charm but some new flors and fixtures would go a long way, especially elongated toilets. Thank you LI

Overpriced, shabby with pathetic breakfast.

We paid premium for a splurge experience- it was not. Room was shabby with only 1 upholstered chair. No nearby restaurants for dinner and little help from receptionist. On site restaurant was closed. Included breakfast was yogurt, boxed cereal and commercial granola bars. Tea bags but no hot water. At 7 am trash cans near food were overflowing. Off season rate early May should have been much lower.

Great stay

Just wanted to get away for a few days. Reasonably priced. Unbeknownst to us, the owner checked us in himself. Very friendly. The restaurant wasn't open when we arrived due to the season, but he gave us some recommendations in the area. They were great. We ate in the Lucurne's restaurant on our last night. They were very busy. The staff was very friendly . The food was outstanding.
