During the busier months at SugarTop, there is an overflow parking lot that is often used for guests. If you need to park your car here, there is a shuttle that runs regularly throughout the day that can get you to and from your car to the front door.

As this condo is in the mountains and we often experience storms and high winds, we sometimes experience outages of various kinds. They are almost always turned back on quickly and we won`t be able to give refunds for outages except for a case by case basis. *If you know you need internet, please consider bringing your own hotspot to avoid missing important meetings.
If any important items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to mail them back to you! There is a $30 fee + shipping to cover the cost of the extra time it takes to get your things packaged and to the post office
