Uusi moderni maalaistalo Valle Crucisin sydämessä, NC - Rakennettu vuonna 2019

Me (Catherine & John) toivotamme vieraat nauttimaan Pohjois-Carolinan vuorten kauneudesta vasta rakennetussa maalaistalossamme. Rinteessä historiallisen Valle Crucisin sydämessä, näkymä takakuistilta ja yläkerran kannelta on hämmästyttävä. Meillä on 4 makuuhuonetta (mukaan lukien pieni "lastenhuone" erillisillä vuoteilla) ja 2 1/2 kylpyhuonetta. Master-sviitti omalla kylpyhuoneella on päätasolla. Moderni keittiö ja avoin konsepti asuintila kutsuu ystäviä ja perhettä keräämään mukavasti. Kutsumme sinut käymään!

Olemme ylpeitä uudesta kodistamme, joka valmistui elokuussa 2019. Toivomme viettävän täällä monia lomia yhden vuoden vanhan Tessan kanssa vieraidessamme perheessä. Catherine varten hän on tulossa kotiin ajaessaan Valle Crucisissa. Hänen vanhempansa ovat olleet täällä melkein 45 vuotta ja asuvat edelleen kotona, jossa hän varttui mäen huipulla. Joten tämä on meille erityinen paikka. Toivomme isäntäperheitä ja kaveriporukoita, jotka nauttivat vuoristosta, arvostavat yhdessäoloaikaa ja hoitavat kotomme omaksi. The house was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfy and the host was readily available if we needed anything. The location was nice with scenic views. Even though the house was isolated in Valle Crucis, Boone and most attractions were only a few minutes away. The only negative for our stay was that the water pressure in the showers wasn’t great. Aside from that, we had a great time and enjoyed the farmhouse.

This was our second stay in this home! It is an Incredible retreat in the beautiful mountains of NC! Family friendly spot with nearby park and trails! The views were incredible and the house was fully stocked with all that we needed. The host was amazing and super responsive! Looking forward to returning next year!

My wife took her friends for a weekend getaway and was blown away by the stunning features and location and extremely calm atmosphere. We will be booking again so that me and the family can join.

Fabulous time

Relaxing pleasant stay

This property was great for our family and extremely comfortable. Owner provided a playpen and baby gate, which was helpful. We love the views and area. Perfect spot to relax and have quality family time. We visited Boone and Blowing Rock nearby, which were fairly close, but we were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of that area and in Valle Crucis.

Beautifully appointed property spectacular location

Home was beautifully appointed and was located close to everything you could want to do and see from blowing rock, Boone, grandfather, banner elk to Sugar/beech. We will definitely stay here again. Floor plan of this home is perfect for a family Small or large. If you like to walk the Dutch ext. is perfect and the park is not far either. All around one of the top places we have stayed over the 9 years that we have been visiting the area.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this scenic mountain house. The house sits in a beautiful mountain setting but has great modern amenities. We were traveling with our two daughters (ages 5 and 7) and they loved the upstairs bedrooms and toys/ books on hand. We did tubing at hawks nest, skiing at Appalachian ski mountain and gem mining and the drive from the house was easy for each activity. Would highly recommend this spot for families and would stay here again!

Third time for this wonderful place

My wife and I have spent the week of our anniversary here at the farmhouse in Valle Crucis for the 3rd time in 3 years. We love it. The house is very nice and beautifully situated on a hillside over looking adjacent farms. The weather in late July is amazing. The surrounding area is so relaxing. What can I say - we've stayed here 3 years in a row.

Peaceful and Beautiful

A Perfect Get-Away-From-the-Heat Vacation

My wife and I spent a week at the farm house in Valle Crucis and enjoyed it so much we booked another week for next summer. The farm house is very nice and in a wonderful historic rural community. John and Catherine were great - not because they responded quickly to issues - there were no issues! They were great for good clear communication and for having and maintaining such a beautiful place.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay at the property was wonderful. The space was very clean (believe me I notice with 4 active kids all over the floors), wonderfully hospitable with all the “extras” to make it restful... comfy beds, stocked kitchen, lush towels, working TV’s, a porch swing, adult & children’s books, ect. The location was wonderful, especially when having children— lots of outdoor grass and hills to play on… a beautiful back porch overlooking the hills and mountains. Mast General Store, Valle Crucis Community Park, and Over Yonder are all fun places right down the street. Hope to be back to stay sometime in the future.

This property is beautiful, super clean and the area has easy access to everything.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It’s usually booked we we’re very happy to be able to book it again. The area has great access to everything you would want to do. It’s so clean, new and has everything you need to feel right at home. We loved meeting Dutch (family dog) and watching the cows and fields being harvested. (Hay). The area is safe and made for very enjoyable walks. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Graduation Celebration

We celebrated my son’s graduation from Appalachian State University with family, and a few very close friends. An incredible setting for a special day! Everything was perfect! Communication with Catherine perfect, house beautiful, perfectly decorated, spotless, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, everything we hoped for and imagined. Will definitely return! A true gem.

If you want a peaceful place to stay that is conveniently located to Boone, this is the place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home situated on a beautiful hillside. We've always loved the house designs featured in Southern Living, and this one did not disappoint. The owners were very communicative about every aspect of our stay and made it stressfree. The covered back porch has plenty of furniture that facilitates the enjoyment of a wonderful view of a cattle farm and hillsides. We highly recommend this rental! You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful

I don’t have enough words to fully describe how beautiful this home is. The house is decorated beautifully and was amazingly clean! My husband and I came with our 5 kids (7 and under) and we could not have picked a better place! The house has everything you could think of and then some! My big girls loved staying in the twin room and especially loved the lights above their beds! The baby gate and pack n play were a huge bonus! I cannot even begin to describe the views from this home. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the cows each day. We are looking forward to staying here again. Catherine and John truly thought of everything and were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were quick to answer any questions I had! Definitely a gem of a home!

Thanksgiving in the mountains

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love the house! It such a cozy and clean farmhouse in a great location in Valle Crucis with a beautiful view. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor space is fantastic. We had lots of fun playing in the yard and loved seeing the deer in the morning! I highly recommend this house and the owner is wonderful to work with and we look forward to staying here again.

Life size doll house

If you ever get a chance to stay here, do it. This place is so quaint. I felt like walking into the dollhouse from my childhood. The antiques and fun decor makes it so unique. My friends and I enjoyed our time just watching the cows graze From the back porch. It would’ve been great to have a fire feature in the back so we could stay outside longer. The kitchen was fully stocked and The Bluetooth speaker was perfect for playing out music. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything else made up for it.
