Experience relaxing days in our tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday flat "Albatross", located in a charming half-timbered farmhouse on the edge of the small village of Bara, just 4 km east of Malmö. Surrounded by rolling hills, fields, forests and lakes, the location offers the perfect starting point for a relaxing break or active exploration tours through southern Sweden.

The 45 m² two-bedroom flat is located in one of the three wings of our lovingly reconstructed farmhouse. The other two wings are occupied by us, the landlords - we are happy to help you with tips and personal recommendations. The flat has a separate bedroom with two single beds and a cosy living room with a sofa bed for two people. Facilities also include Smart TV with satellite reception, a Bose docking station, free WiFi, a wireless charging station, a dining area and underfloor heating in all rooms.

The open-plan kitchenette is fully equipped with two hotplates, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC, underfloor heating, a hairdryer and an illuminated mirror.

From the flat you have direct access to the private terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers - perfect for relaxing hours with a view of the surrounding hilly landscape. There is a car park right outside the door and modern bicycles are available on request.

The surrounding area invites you to explore: Forests, fields and small lakes are just a few minutes away, and you can reach the centre of Bara in one kilometre - where you will find a pizzeria, a grocery shop and an outdoor pool. The romantic Torup Castle with its extensive beech forest and numerous hiking trails is just five minutes away by car.

Thanks to its central location, many excursion destinations are within easy reach: The most beautiful beaches in southern Sweden are 10 to 40 minutes away by car. Culturally interesting cities such as Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Helsingborg, Copenhagen, Simrishamn or Åhus are ideal for day trips. Families can visit the nearby Viking village or the elk park in Småland.

Golf lovers will also get their money's worth - there are up to twenty golf courses within a radius of 30 kilometres, including the renowned PGA National Sweden, just 2 km away.
