You are close to Las Ramblas and Fira Barcelona at Plaza España. The area is also known for its vibrant theater scene, including venues such as Apolo and El Molino.
Public transport connections are excellent, with metro lines L2 and L3 nearby, as well as bus lines that take you directly to the beach.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
