I really enjoyed my stay, a clean and very spacious room!! Receptionists were very polite. The hotel is right by the roadside and very secure; you need your key fob to enter, which gives me peace of mind sleeping at night!! Gave 4 stars cos they weren't helpful with finding a good affordable parking spot for me, POV: no need to rent a car when going here esp in November.. I would recommend this hotel!!!

The check-in was very easy, and the room was spotless. Even the water pressure in the bathroom was great. It’s not located downtown, but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it’s very accessible.

My room was on the first floor, right by the reception area. It was noisy, you can hear the staff and guests talking. The rooms are not sound proof, I heard a lot of movements from room upstairs. Location is very local, not center of main sightseeing attractions but about 10 minutes walk to metro and bus stops are also closed by.

Mi experiencia en el Flamant Bypillow Hotel fue lamentablemente decepcionante. El sábado presenté una queja formal tras un incidente ocurrido en la habitación 405 y, al día de hoy, la administración no ha ofrecido ningún tipo de respuesta, a pesar de que el personal reconoce que la gerencia simplemente “no ha contestado”. Durante la noche del viernes 14, al regresar a la habitación, encontramos un fuerte chorro de agua cayendo desde el techo del baño, lo que provocó daños inmediatos a nuestras pertenencias personales. Medicinas de uso esencial y el maquillaje de mi esposa quedaron completamente inutilizables, y al encontrarnos viajando, no pudimos reemplazar esos artículos durante nuestra estadía, lo cual nos afectó significativamente. La recepcionista subió a verificar y confirmó personalmente la magnitud del problema y los daños. Siguiendo sus instrucciones, envié un correo electrónico con fotos y videos como evidencia. Sin embargo, la administración nunca respondió, ni ofreció solución ni compensación, dejando todo en silencio. Un hotel debe estar preparado para manejar emergencias y, sobre todo, responder con responsabilidad cuando un problema estructural causa daños directos a sus huéspedes. La falta total de comunicación y de acción por parte de la gerencia es inaceptable. Con esta experiencia, no puedo recomendar este hotel a quienes esperan profesionalismo, atención adecuada y una administración que dé la cara ante situaciones imprevistas.

Fabulous hotel! Super clean and comfortable room - got upgraded to a double balcony room on the top floor on arrival. Only 10 mins walk from the nearest tram. Loved it and will be back again. ❤️

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is about 25-30 minute walk to most attractions but I felt safe walking around. When I 1st checked in my room was very warm, so I asked the front desk to help with the air conditioner, but they did not help. I think it was turned off for the season.

Por medio de la presente quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con la experiencia vivida durante mi estancia en su hotel. Durante nuestra estancia, sufrimos el robo de US$110 sustraídos de la mochila de mi esposo dentro de nuestra habitación. Al notar la falta del dinero, acudimos inmediatamente a la recepción para reportar el incidente. El personal nos informó que comunicarían la situación a los jefes de servicio para iniciar el proceso de queja. Sin embargo, pese a insistir en varias ocasiones para conocer el avance del caso, no recibimos ninguna información concreta. Además, solicitamos los datos de la persona encargada de la limpieza de la habitación durante esos días, así como los nombres completos de la jefa de limpieza y del responsable de atención al cliente, pero se negaron a proporcionarlos, indicando que cualquier queja debía hacerse “a nivel general”. En ningún momento recibimos una disculpa por parte del personal, lo que demuestra una falta total de empatía y profesionalismo. Este tipo de situaciones son inaceptables en un establecimiento hotelero, ya que los huéspedes confiamos en que nuestras pertenencias estarán seguras y en que el personal actuará con transparencia y respeto. La falta de respuesta y la evasión de responsabilidades por parte de su equipo nos dejan muy decepcionados del servicio. Espero que tomen las medidas necesarias para investigar lo ocurrido y evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por una situación similar.
