Noise detector: The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable the device or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine rangingfrom €50 to €250.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (€50 to €250 fine)





Pets:

Pets under 10 kg accepted on request (€20 fee)





Towels:

Bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, €12 per towel will be charged.
