The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Les Corts, a picturesque neighborhood in the upper area of Barcelona. You will be strategically located near the Camp Nou, L'Illa shopping center, Avenida Diagonal, and you will have easy access by metro and bus to all the attractions of the city. There is a metro stop a few meters from the apartment.

This fantastic apartment, located in the upper area of Barcelona, guarantees a pleasant stay in the city. You will be strategically located near the Camp Nou stadium and the Eixample district. The metro connects directly to the Sagrada Familia and the city center in fifteen minutes. The neighborhood of Les Corts is pleasant and full of typical Catalan bars and restaurants.

The apartment has two bedrooms, it has free wireless high speed internet (1GB optic fibre), air conditioning in the living room and the corridor that reaches other parts of the apartment and central heating, a pleasant living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom completely renovated and a balcony in one of the bedrooms to enjoy the spectacular views.

The living room has a sofa, flat-screen television, a modern kitchen with a table and four chairs, perfect for a home-cooked meal with friends or family. We provide all the kitchen accessories and some basic ones like olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar. There is a coffee maker and we provide complimentary coffee and tea.

The floor has a modern decoration that will provide an added charm to your experience in Barcelona. The main room has a small terrace to be at ease enjoying the incomparable Barcelona climate throughout the year. A spacious wardrobe, lamps by the bed leave the atmosphere even more pleasant.

The second room has a double bed, lamps next to the beds, a wardrobe, mirror and a window that gives the front of the building and also has views of the Camp Nou.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote control.

Nearest metro: Collblanc

From the airport to the apartment

To get to the apartment from the airport, simply take the metro line L9 to the Collblanc stop. Then, walk a few minutes to the building.

From the apartment to Plaça Catalunya

To get to Plaça Catalunya from the apartment, you just have to take the L5 metro line to the Plaça de Sants stop. Then, you will have to transfer to line L1 to the Plaça Catalunya stop and you will already be in the center!

From the apartment to Sagrada Familia

To get to the Sagrada Familia from the apartment, you just have to take the L5 metro line to the Sagrada Familia stop. When you leave the subway station, you will be in front of our beautiful church.

From the floor to Park Güell

To get to Park Güell, you will only have to take the L5 metro line to the Diagonal stop. Then, transfer to line L3 to the Lesseps stop and walk a few minutes to the entrance of the park.

From the apartment to Barceloneta beach

To go to Barceloneta beach, all you will have to do is take the L5 metro line to the Verdaguer stop. Then, transfer to line L4 to the Barceloneta stop and walk to the beach.

From the apartment to the Gothic Quarter

To go to the Gothic Quarter, you will only have to take the L5 metro line to the Sants Estació stop. Then, simply transfer to the L3 line to the Liceu stop. When you leave the subway, you will be 2 minutes from the Gothic Quarter

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 2.50€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
