Cozy and elegant studio in the city center

The studio is located in the Born neighbourhood, which preserves the medieval Barcelona area while simultaneously breathing the bohemian air of the artists who settled in the zone during the 20th century, next to the Basilica of Santa María del Mar and a few minutes walking from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park.



It is a building with a lift (you have to climb 14 steps to reach the lift) located two stops from the beach (Jaume I metro station: line 4)



It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.



It is an apartment with an open space equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room in the same room with a dining table, sofa, flat-screen television and a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, providing bed linen and towels upon arrival.



This studio has a balcony, parquet flooring and traditional ceilings with a Catalan vault, giving it a very cosy and charming atmosphere.



IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you need to climb some steps. Building not adapted.



No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00



Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.

Steps away from everything you need and yet peacful with the rooftop views. Initially with check it it was a bit confusing, but the host was readily available and was able to explain things to help get settled especially with a car.

Short stay in Barcelona

This property was ideally located in an area close to what's happening. It is small, but worked especially for a shorter stay where you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your apartment. We had a couple of issues, the biggest being that the shower stall doors weren't properly sealed and thus leaked water all over the bathroom floor; the other issue is that the linens supplied for showering were scarce (2 towels and 2 hand towels, no wash cloths and no extras). Ola living was decent to work with, but didn't keep us informed on the apartment readiness.

The Real Deal

Smack in the middle of El Born, a block from Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral and surrounded by a warren of authentic tapas bars, boutique retail and artisan craft shops made for exploring. I happened to be here for work but enjoyed the surroundings nonetheless and everything that Ola Living promised they delivered. This is a cozy studio which was clean, well presented and was perfect for what I needed. The check-in staff were fantastic and I would definitely recommend using Ola Living for your next Barca stay.

Absolutely Perfect

The neighbourhood was incredible, right in the action, but still relatively quiet. Right next to the main train station from the airport too. I thought the place would feel smaller but it was super well layed out. Check in was super easy, the app is used as the key. Would definetely recommend to anyone!

Emplacement idéal pour les visites

Attente globale de 2h dans la rue avant de rentrer, pour plusieurs raisons : - nous n'avons pas reçu un mail envoyé 1 semaine avant - le système d'ouverture digital par Bluetooth ne fonctionnait pas - finalement, des clés matérialisées nous ont été apportées. - très mauvaise communication, système informatique défaillant - pas d'accueil !
