This modern duplex is located in the neighborhood of Putxet in the northern part of the city and is ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars that have been established for many years.

This bright 2-story apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen, the spacious lounge will allow you to relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with a bathtub and integrated shower.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, and microwave to the coffee maker, without forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. When it comes to supermarkets there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick up from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions in the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about going to make the purchase upon arrival.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
