Located in El Masnou, this spectacular 125 m² duplex penthouse on the second floor comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. Perfect for families, one bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, gas radiator heating throughout, TV, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, fan, and a large workspace with direct access to the terrace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



Step out onto your private terrace, equipped with 2 sun loungers, dining table, and awning for sun protection—a perfect spot to relax. Please note that noise, loud music, and any kind of party are strictly prohibited.



A shared garage space is included for a small car and a motorcycle. Vehicles that exceed the white boundary lines of the parking space must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. No events are permitted, and as this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, noise and loud music are not allowed after 9:00 pm. Check-in is not permitted for guests under 30 or groups of friends. There is no elevator in the building.

Good house 15 min away from the beach and transport to Barcelona

Pros: Comfortable house on 2nd floor with lots of rooms and a jacuzzi on the top deck. Stores, beach, train to Barcelona are roughly 15 min away. Really practical and amazing view from balcony. Cons: The parking is tight and requires some skills, our rental car was too big to enter. We used the fan provided to cope with the heatwave, but definitely Aircon would be a good addition.
