Finding the hotel was very easy and upon ario al, we were greeted by two very friendly people at the desk and were ready to answer all our questions offered their help for whatever we needed. So sad that we are. Only here for a night, but recommend this place for all! Bed was very comfortable and Roman and bathroom were very clean! Made for a very comfortable night’s rest at the beginning of our long journey through Spain!

It is perfect. Close to everything, clean and with all the extras. Great coffee all day for free, you can fill up your water bottles. We got a room with an adorable terrace somehow that is divine and the staff is wonderful. We arrived at 10 am and they let us lounge and then took our bags to stow while we toured the city. There is a floor just for you to change and chill before heading out after a long flight. We will be back here on our stop before heading home

Lovely hotel excellent location

What a lovely hotel. We’d definitely stay here again. The room was well equipped. We got a room with a balcony so it was facing a street with a few bars and restaurants and we didn’t get any of the street noise whilst we were sleeping. The location is excellent and in a great neighbourhood. We’d totally recommend sensi tapas opposite the hotel. Best food we had in Barca. One thing of note. The bathroom has one of those misted glass doors so although you can’t see too much, it doesn’t really leave much to the imagination or privacy so if that bothers you, maybe consider somewhere else.

Compassionate staff, beautiful hotel & location

The hotel and room was beautiful and in a great location. Sadly, due to an airline strike, we had to last minute cancel or second night to fly home. We were devastated. The staff were so empathetic and compassionate towards our situation and even helped us to get a refund on our second night even though it was non refundable. They were beyond accommodating. If we are able to visit Barcelona again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

I had a fantastic stay. The check in had a few issues but the staff really made up for any issues during the week. I had such a fantastic stay and the staff could not have done any more to make my the stay amazing. Our stay was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well keto with a welcoming environment. They offered free bottle of water during our stay and refreshments daily at front desk. Location is great and central, you can walk everywhere. My only complain is that we had reservation for 3 people and they gave us a room with 2 twin beds joined together which made very uncomfortable to the middle person to sleep and this was no right.

The location is amazing. And the hotel is really nice, the rooms a bit tight but with a huge bathroom. The best part is the amazing staff. They are all so welcoming and friendly. They constantly greet you and make you feel welcome asking if you need anything. Lucia, the manager was excellent.

There is a strong odour at times that can make its way into the rooms making it difficult to enjoy time in the rooms. Central AC of the hotel makes individual room temps impossible. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Great whiskey bar at the hotel.

We had the family quadruple room on the ground floor. Perfect room for a family of four with a 18 year old and 15 year old. The room had a refrigerator which was a pleasant surprise, kindly stocked with water for us each day. We had pre booked breakfast, which was a continental breakfast box - we all thoroughly enjoyed, more than enough food for everyone! Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, which was great, as this was our first visit to Barcelona. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
