Poor soundproofing. Kept awake by noise of people talking in the street and corridor. Room comfortable. Bed huge and so comfortable. Fridge and drinks a bonus. Staff lovely and helpful. Fantastic location for walking into Barcelona or getting metro as parralel station only 1 minute away.

The hotel itself was lovely, smelled great and super clean. We visited in the off season and it was still very busy. The lobby was almost always full with people at the desk. Staff at check-in were okay, not super friendly but not rude either. Room was great, "mini bar" items are included, its a few juices and some water. Bed was massive and really comfortable. Amazing rainfall shower and water pressure as well. My biggest complaint was the area. I think next time we will stay near the Gothic Quarter because this hotel was a bit out of the way. We did walk a few times but most times we would take an uber which was REALLY hard to get one.

A wonderful location. Walkable to so many restaurants and sites. You can get a cab outside the door. Staff is so helpful and fluent in English. Rooms very clean and the most comfortable bed. Will stay here again.

Loved how close this hotel was to the Gothic Quarter. We were able to walk safely and explore on our own. Also loved that they were able to stow our luggage for us since we arrived prior to our check in time
