Our family would like to thank Eva and the front desk team for their great help during our stay. Everyone was friendly and patient, helping us with directions, a power adapter, and an umbrella. Eva explained how street names work here, which was very helpful. On Christmas morning, the staff even went outside in the cold to call a taxi for us. The service truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all!

Perfect location, easy to move around the city. Clean comfy beds, kind and helpful front desk. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. Rooftop was great even tho non of the rooftop activities were open, i spent some peaceful alone time up there.
