The room was absolutely immaculate. The customer service from the staff was beyond excellent. The location was extremely safe and perfect for easily accessing restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, tours, etc. When I return to Barcelona, Hotel Porta Fira will be my place to stay. I absolutely loved the hotel experience there.

It is a short 20 minutes bus ride from city center. You can use the metro too. There are enough good dining options near by. Ikea is right next door to the hotel. The room is clean and functional. The front desk services are great. We will come back again if we are back to Barcelona.

Everything was great. I’m used to the Hoteles Santos brand staying in other hotels in Spain many times over the years. Stand out for me was the customer experience and the bar; Gustavo (if I remember correctly) was outstanding. He knew who was there, who wanted a drink/food— very observant and was clearly happy. He just gave a nod (inferring that he knew you wanted a beer). The room was excellent. Clean, comfortable, and great view. The connections to the city centre were really good too. 7 minutes on the light rail or about 12 on the bus. Will stay there again for sure.

Room was clean and posh. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC won’t automatically be turned on unless you call and let them know you are warm. We had no AC for half of our stay. Room was a sauna until we called to complain. They told us they turn on AC on a room by room basis. The fitness facility was ok. Check on was quick and we were given our room very early.

Very clean room. Spacious. Midday check-out very much appreciated. We were given accessible room as the only style left with double bed (rather than two singles). Extremely comfortable and easy to move about. Would be good to have had option at time of booking to pre-purchase breakfast
