A Well-Located and Comfortable Place in Barcelona

It was a pleasant stay as usual. I stayed here last year so I booked the same hotel with my family. They are so thoughtful, they even gave us a plate of delicious fruits on our first night as a way of saying thank you for coming back. The staff are all welcoming, polite and accommodating. They are very attentive to our needs. It feels like a second home to be here. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area, and you are very close to the high end shops if that’s your fancy. High-end or not, the popular mid-ranged brands are all within short walking distance as well.

The hotel was great, clean, conveniently located and at walking distance trom many historical places such as La Sagrada Familia, casa Batllo, the upscale shopping district and many others. Chamell, & Ivanna were outstanding. We also would like to recognize the EXCELLENT service, professionalism and kindness we experienced from Javier, the breakfast supervisor. 10 days into new management, name and ownership, the staff were wrestling with new systems and computers - but they could not have been more helpful or user friendly to us. Clean, bright and more than functional, a perfect, pivotal base for Eixemple and the Gothic district. An easy living choice.

Very nice hotel, staff were helpful and friendly, location is convenient. The only problem for me was the bathroom. The door is fiddly, the shower sprays all over the floor and water flows from the tap with such force that soaked my t-shirt and jeans a few times. Apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel.
