Ideally located between Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat, this spacious apartment is just 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and two metro stations.
The large, light-filled living and dining area features refined, modern décor, a comfortable sofa, and a large Smart TV with access to Netflix.
A second living room invites you to relax or enjoy a quiet read. And don’t forget the beautiful furnished terrace — a perfect place to unwind.
If you enjoy cooking, you'll love the well-equipped kitchen with modern, easy-to-use appliances.
The apartment offers a total of 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Additional amenities include reversible air conditioning, a washing machine, and high-speed fiber WiFi.
House Rules
Age restriction: Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Authorities may withhold part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.
Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and carries a fine between 50 and 250 €.
Pets: Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (20 € additional charge).
Noise monitoring: The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to tamper with the device or exceed permitted noise levels may result in a fine of 50 to 250 €.
Towels: The provided bath towels may not be used at the beach. A fee of 12 € per towel will apply if this rule is not followed.
Check-in and Fees
Standard check-in: Between 14:00 and 20:00.
Late arrivals:
After 20:00: 30 € supplement.
After midnight: 50 € supplement.
After 1:00 AM: additional 10 € per extra hour.
Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: 30 € supplement.
In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID information of all guests.
Tourist tax: 6.25 € per night, per person over 16 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the municipal tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
