It is ideal for small families, couples, or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a complete dinner: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. The modern and functional bathroom has a revitalizing shower.
HIGHLIGHTED AMENITIES:
To ensure a worry-free stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer. We've thought of every detail to make you feel at home.

You will be surrounded by an incredible array of tapas bars, restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries. Explore La Boquería Market, get lost in the streets of the Gothic Quarter, or visit the MACBA, all within a short walk.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Payment of the local tourist tax is required upon arrival.
* The building has a lift for your convenience.
* For everyone's safety, guest details (passport/ID) must be registered according to current regulations.
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests and to respect our neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules. Your cooperation helps us maintain this wonderful space for everyone!
Check-in and Check-out:
* Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
* Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM.
Occupancy:
* The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 guests. No additional guests are allowed.
Rules of Coexistence:
* Please treat our apartment and the building with the same care and respect as your own home.
* Our neighbors' rest is very important. Excessive noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
* Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Pets:
* Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. Please inform us when making your reservation.
Smoking:
* This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building.
Common Areas:
* You have access to a fantastic communal rooftop terrace and a laundry room. Please keep these areas clean and tidy after use so that others can also enjoy them.
Important Additional Information:
* In accordance with local regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021), we will request identification details (passport or DNI) from all guests to communicate them to the authorities.
* The tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night is not included in the total reservation price and must be paid separately.
