I stayed at Ramblas Barcelona Hotel last week and was extremely disappointed. The lobby appears uumimpressive, it was also dirty and poorly maintained. The check-in process was especially frustrating — only one staff member, "Victor," was handling registrations, and he was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Guests, including myself, had to wait in line for over 20 minutes, and when I politely suggested bringing in another staff member to help, Victor responded aggressively, telling me, “If you don’t like this hotel, you can get out with your luggage.” All mostly foreing guests wassurprided at his unprofessional behavior
For a hotel charging over $215 per night, this kind of service is unacceptable. I strongly caution other travelers before booking.
