Charming 2 bedroom apartment located in the Sants-Montjuic area.
Located in the heart of the Sants-Montjuic district, this apartment is close to Sants train and metro station, the magic fountain of Montjuic and also the famous Camp Nou.
This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family stay.
Bright, this 55m2 apartment has a large living room (television, sofa, dining table, etc.). There is also a balcony with a clear view of the city.
The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a large Queen size bed, a storage wardrobe and a balcony. The second bedroom a bunk bed (possibility of having two large double beds on request with the sofa bed).
A bathroom with shower.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi but also air conditioning/heating.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a professional team before your stay.
-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We kindly ask you to respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.-Smoking in the flat is forbidden and can be punished by a fine of 50 to 250 Euros-Pets under 10kg are allowed on request. (additional fee 20€)-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in between 2pm and 8pm, after 8pm there is an extra charge of 30€ for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1am an extra 10€ per hour. Checking in on a Sunday or public holiday will incur an additional charge of €30. A check-in before 14:00 (subject to availability) is charged € 20.
The Barcelona city tax is not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
