Locaux trÚs vieux troué dans les murs

L endroit Ă©tais bien , au dĂ©but nous avions peur car beaucoup de sdf aux alentour , mais finalement nous Ă©tions bien positionnĂ© par contre l appartement ne correspond pas du tout Ă  la description il n y’a pas de fenĂȘtre dans les chambre la salle Ă  manger est un couloir impossible de passer aprĂšs ĂȘtre installĂ© Ă  table les matelas sont trĂšs moue , les locaux mur canapĂ© coussin fauteuil sale avec aurĂ©ole ayant un bĂ©bĂ© c Ă©tait vraiment compliquĂ© , les chevet Ă©tait tous cassĂ©e l appartement ne vaux pas son prix , dans un Ă©tat dĂ©labrĂ© catastrophique, l eau de la douche venait et partait comme la Wifi .... l Ă©quipe de Barcelone ne m a jamais contactĂ© j ai demander Ă  changer d appartement dans le mĂȘme immeuble car disponible dĂšs le premier jour mais comme leur rĂ©activitĂ© Ă©tait de 0 elle a Ă©tĂ© RĂ©server par la suite j ai eu un dĂ©dommagement de 25% mais pour moi le dĂ©dommagement est loin d ĂȘtre satisfaisant car notre expĂ©rience dans se logement Ă©tait dĂ©cevante et le service client de Barcelone irresponsable car elle n a good ni fait sont travaillĂ© ni contacter

SĂ©jour impeccable

AprĂšs une procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e un peu compliquĂ©e (pas d’accueil physique, il faut absolument parler anglais, avoir un tĂ©lĂ©phone et une boĂźte email pour communiquer sur place avec l’agent du propriĂ©taire), nous sommes satisfaits de la propriĂ©tĂ©. C’est un immeuble ancien avec haut plafond, avec 2 ascenseurs. TrĂšs bien situĂ©, quartier calme, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des commerces et du mĂ©tro, pas de parking (nous avons garĂ© la voiture en voiture sur les places livraison...).
