Good location , slight long winded access process a lot of messages and phone calls -property was in a good location , large , very kitsch . I was on a business trip and needed WiFi - no WiFi access and request for WiFi not responded to … Clean , Large , good location , quiet , no dark curtains on windows , no WiFi … free water and tea …

We had a difficult experience with this property. Upon arrival, the keys to our unit were missing, preventing us from locking it when leaving. Despite checking the manual and searching thoroughly, the keys weren’t found. I contacted the host urgently as we had an early tour the next morning, but only received a response after we had already left—without securing the unit. Later, they claimed the keys were on the kitchen table and sent a photo, but never clarified where they were actually found. I think they probably forgot to leave them to begin with. I requested an early checkout and refund for the unused days, but they refused. Overall, I don’t recommend this rental, especially since there is no support outside their business hours and their listed phone number doesn’t work.
