We had a 2-floor room, the bed was up a very steep, winding staircase. While ok for us, this would not work for some travelers. There are restaurants/bars right outside our room on Roberto da Bari, and it was very loud at night. Overall, a satisfactory stay, but didn't compare to other rooms we stayed in throughout Italy. There is no breakfast nor any coffee offered with the room.

Amazing, friendly staff - great location

This small hotel is a bit quirky (2 level room with tiny sitting area on first floor and bed area on the upper level) but it’s in a terrific location for wandering around Monopoli. Our receptionist was super friendly and is the reason for the positive review. She had great area recommendations and was able to help us when the mini fridge in our room wasn’t working. She was truly a pleasure!

Lovely place for weekend break

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is very centrally situated, perfect for a city break. The room was clean, quiet and as expected in a city centre had a small bathroom. The kettle was great for a morning drink but walk outside and you are spoiled for choice of places to eat and drink. To repeat again fantastic location

This property is really good in terms of location and the comfort level. Located just next to the main central street connecting the Bari strain/bus station and the old city, it is 7 min walk to each direction. My complaints to this hotel is 1) the WiFi is super slow if ever gets connected and literally during my three nights stay, my iPad probably only managed to connect for a few minutes. My phone also tells it extremely poor WiFi connectivity and 2) the door key is very medieval and needs special twisting trick to open. It is very guest unfriendly!
