Værelset var fint størrelsesmæssigt til 4 personer, men der var virkelig ulækkert med snavs i hjørnerne og gulvet var beskidt og klistret at gå på. Desuden stod der at hotellet var røgfrit, men personalet gik rundt og røg og vi kunne ikke have vinduet åbent fordi der stod/sad nogen og røg lige udenfor så røgen trak ind på vores værelse. Det fremgik at der var bar på hotellet, men der var ikke åbent, hvilket måske skyldtes sygdom, det var svært at blive klog på for den personale vi efter lang tids venten fik en nøgle af, var virkelig dårlig til tysk og kunne heller ikke engelsk. Taget i betragtning at det var et hotel i Tyskland burde personalet nok kunne tysk eller som minimum begå sig på engelsk i stedet.

Badeværelset var ikke ordentligt rengjort. Der lå hår i håndvasken og armaturet var ikke rengjort i håndvasken. Og badeforhænget var uhumsk, og der var ikke rent i bunden af badet. Og så lugtede der af gammel røg på værelset. Det er ikke et sted, vi vælger at komme tilbage til. Men personalet var utroligt venligt og ville gerne hjælpe os, da vi ankom meget sent til hotellet. Så fixede de en nøgleboks og sendte os en kode.

Vi ankom sent, og ingen receptionist. Vi fandt til sidst et nummer og fik en kode til nøgleboksen. Der stod en toilettaske på badeværelset, så vi var i tvivl om andre var tjekket ind på samme værelse. Om morgenen stod der pludselig en mand, måske ansat, på vores værelse efter at have låst døren op. Vi havde bestilt til 5 personer, men kun 4 puder og 4 dyner, samt 2 håndklæder på værelset.
