The entire resort was nothing short of terrible, from check-in, to service, to staff, to amenities, to food and let’s not start on the accommodations. TV doesn’t work, noise from construction, room not as booked and paid for etc etc etc. Stay Clear. Never write reviews but don’t want anyone to have such a terrible experience as we did.

The condition of the room was not as advertised at all on the website and overall the stay was not close to what a resort should resemble. The room had roaches and ants inside. Furthermore, the cleaning services were not provided on a timely basis and needed to be requested, meaning that we were left for many hours during the day with the room in unsuitable conditions, leading to further bugs entering in the room. Room was very clean! Fresh clean smell throughout hallway the entire 6 days. Bar could’ve had better options but it was ok. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beach view wasn’t the best during our stay due to it being the rainy season. Water was muddy because of clouds or something that was explained. The sunset view is AMAZING on the pier.
