Definitely have to say things have gone down hill Hotel has definitely not kept up with room maintenance and upkeep. We have stayed for years at here and will reconsider our trip I. The winter where we stay. Beds have been changed and are uncomfortable, light fixtures burnt out, There is now an additional charge to use laundry which is not noted on reservation page. People in unit above were incredibly loud the entire trip. Definitely not sound proofed

Room was filthy dirty. Spiders and spiders webs all over. Sofa cushions were dirty. Checked in at 4:30 pm and ended up checking out at 7:30 pm. I need full refund

Hot tub and pool area were disgusting, the rooms are cleaned by previous guests, beer cans and garbage wrappers stuffed in the couch, the pull out bed had crumbs and hair all over it Seems like a nice relaxing place at first glance but definitely not the case and not worth the price tag

Just there for one night but found everything good. Our room toilet kept running off amd on with water. Shower could be updated due to possible mold or just old in corners.

Room was very clean and we had no concerns with the amenities. We've stayed here a couple times before and would likely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the beds are VERY hard. Between me and my spouse, I like a soft bed and he usually likes a firmer bed, and even he said it was uncomfortable.

Peace and tranquility.

Could not have been any better. The room was wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely location. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room even had a toaster which made breakfast easy. The pool and hot tub were excellent with great changing room area. There are lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive. We hope to return very soon!

Location was nice. Unfortunately the room is very outdated. There was a musty smell. The shower stall and toilet had mold and mildew. Almost left but because we were tired and already paid, decided to just stay for the night but left very early in the morning.
